He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, enterprise systems, and digital transformation across complex, highly regulated industries.

Prior to joining Sequel Ortho, Michael served as Chief Information Officer at FinMain and held several senior technology leadership roles within financial services organizations, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives and advanced data-driven capabilities.

Known for his combination of strategic vision and operational execution, Michael has a proven track record of modernizing infrastructure, enabling innovation, and aligning technology with business growth.
