OMAHA, NE – February 29, 2024 – Sequel Ortho, a musculoskeletal-focused management organization, is pleased to announce the additions of Brad Hively and Dr. David Rallis to its Board of Directors.
Brad Hively served as Chief Executive Officer of The Oncology Institute (TOI), the nation’s leading value-based oncology group, for several years before transitioning to Vice Chairman of the Board for TOI. Hively has extensive experience in strategic partnerships and private equity investments, many of which are specific in healthcare services.

Additionally, Sequel Ortho welcomes Dr. David Rallis. Dr. Rallis is an oral surgeon and the Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Oral Health, a growing oral health management services organization. He brings a unique skillset as both a physician and executive. Paradigm Oral Health is a former portfolio company for InTandem Capital, and has grown to include a team of over 100 surgeon partners providing patient care in 75 facilities across the nation.

In addition to Scheppers, Hively and Rallis join orthopedic surgeons Dr. Nichols Bruggeman, Dr. Charles Burt, and Dr. Ryan Arnold. The Sequel Ortho Board of Directors also includes Founder and Managing Partner of InTandem Capital Partners, Elliot Cooperstone, as well as Evan Brower and Brad Coppens both of InTandem Capital.
