Originally from Florida, Heather Clinton brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management. As Director of Revenue Cycle at OrthoNebraska, Heather focuses on improving operational efficiency, optimizing reimbursement, and building scalable processes to support organizational growth.

Prior to joining OrthoNebraska, Heather held leadership and executive roles in orthopedic healthcare organizations, where she led strategic initiatives in revenue cycle transformation, financial reporting, and compliance across multi-specialty healthcare settings. Known for her expertise in process improvement and operational scalability, she has a track record of driving growth while enhancing financial performance.

Heather is actively involved in several professional organizations, including HFMA, AAOE, and MGMA. She is a member of the AAOE Advocacy Council and was part of the AAOE Young and New Professionals Council, which was recognized as Volunteers of the Year in 2023. In her free time, Heather enjoys mentoring, community involvement, and spending time with her family.
