OMAHA, NE – OrthoNebraska, the state’s leader in orthopedic care, has promoted Beth Gard, MSN, RN, ONC, to Chief Nursing Officer of Sequel Ortho, the organization’s holding company. Gard joined OrthoNebraska in 2016 and most recently served as Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Gard began her journey at OrthoNebraska as the Joint Program Coordinator. Her leadership, deep clinical expertise and passion for patient-centered care quickly earned her additional responsibilities. She was promoted to Clinical Operations Manager and then Vice President, where she oversaw critical aspects of care delivery across hospital and clinic settings. With more than 15 years of orthopedic nursing experience, Gard brings unmatched perspective and strategic insight to her new role.
As Chief Nursing Officer, Gard will continue to lead patient care teams across OrthoNebraska’s hospital, clinics and future surgery center locations. She will focus on elevating nursing practice, supporting professional development, and ensuring that patients continue to receive the highest standards of care.

Gard holds a BSN from Creighton University and an MSN from Methodist College. She maintains her orthopedic nursing certification and is actively involved in both local and national professional boards.
